My name is Becky and I have been practicing Pilates for around twenty years. I know from my own personal experience just how transformative Pilates can be for both the body and mind.
I was awarded my fitness instructor and Pilates instructor qualifications in 2015 and since then I’ve enjoyed teaching group and one-to-one sessions in studios, gyms and, more recently, online.
