These 45-minute small group Pilates classes improve core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Modifications and progressions are taught to suit a range of levels, from complete beginner and beyond. As a participant you will be encouraged to listen to your body whilst being guided through each exercise with simple and clear instruction. The six Pilates principles – centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow – are at the heart of every class to ensure a safe, effective and enjoyable workout.
